About Me:
I am Master Sridevi To Hai, a practitioner in holistic healing, yoga therapy, and natural therapy. My work focuses on helping individuals improve their well-being through a combination of traditional wisdom and modern scientific understanding.
With over 20 years of experience in Vietnam and four years in the UK, I founded Khí Tâm Therapy, a healing approach that integrates ancient Vietnamese traditions with contemporary research. Khí Tâm Therapy is designed to help individuals cultivate balance, vitality, and a deeper connection with themselves.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to train more than 10,000 yoga instructors worldwide and provide wellness consulting for executives and corporations. My work centers on guiding individuals toward balance, harmony, and self-awareness.
I offer a range of courses tailored to support personal growth and healing. My corporate training programs focus on emotional intelligence, energy management, and holistic leadership, equipping professionals with practical tools to strengthen resilience, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
In addition to teaching, I am dedicated to research in natural healthcare. My work includes studies on spinal health and cancer therapy, contributing to the ongoing development of holistic treatment methods.
